Freelance Full-Stack Web App Developer (JS/TS & Python/Node)

About the role

Mindrift is seeking experienced full‑stack developers to work on the Tendem project, building interactive browser‑based applications in a hybrid AI‑human environment. This part‑time, remote freelance position lets you collaborate with AI agents while delivering production‑ready web products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop front‑end interfaces using React, Next.js, Vue or similar frameworks.
• Create backend APIs with Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express).
• Model data and implement persistence using PostgreSQL, SQLite or NoSQL stores.
• Implement authentication, session handling and basic role‑based access.
• Integrate third‑party services and LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Write, test and debug end‑to‑end code across the full stack.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code and refactor for security, performance and maintainability.
• Develop standalone Python scripts for data processing or lightweight backend utilities when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setting.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is a plus.
