FP&A Manager – E‑commerce & B2B (3‑6 yrs, Gurgaon)

About the role

Solgram is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead its finance function for a fast‑growing e‑commerce and B2B platform. You will partner with founders and business teams to drive financial discipline, strategic insight, and capital efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, budgets, forecasts and rolling financial plans; build and maintain detailed financial models covering revenue, costs, profitability, cash flows and business scenarios.
• Track actuals versus budget/forecast, identify key drivers and variances, and develop scenario analyses to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Design and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports for founders and leadership, translating data into actionable insights.
• Manage cash‑flow planning, collections, payments and working‑capital forecasts; provide short‑ and medium‑term cash forecasts to guide capital allocation.
• Support fundraising activities, preparing financial models, investor decks, data rooms and regular investor reporting.
• Help build scalable finance infrastructure, establishing processes for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and internal controls.

Required profile

• CA‑qualified or strong finance professional with 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or a similar analytical role within a high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record of financial modelling, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Experience with e‑commerce, quick‑commerce or marketplace businesses is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to fundraising, investor relations or direct work with founders is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash‑flow and working‑capital dynamics.
