About the role

The FP&A Controller is responsible for delivering high‑quality financial planning and analysis that supports strategic and operational decision‑making. You will develop financial models, analyse trends and provide actionable insights while collaborating closely with business leaders to ensure targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and analysis for the business.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve financial models.
• Analyse financial and operational trends to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align financial targets with strategic objectives.
• Manage large‑scale projects or processes with limited managerial oversight.
• Coach, review and delegate work to junior finance professionals.

Required profile

• Recognised subject‑matter expert in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for junior team members.
