FP&A and Cost Control Manager

About the role

The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Cost Control Manager will align the company’s strategic goals with financial performance through rigorous analysis of key performance indicators, accurate reporting, and disciplined cost monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial performance and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of standard and ad‑hoc management reports for country and product lines.
• Develop and maintain tools to automate financial and analytical reporting, and prepare consolidated financial statements for group entities.
• Monitor and analyse costs against budget, identify variances, and implement cost‑control strategies to improve profitability.
• Prepare cost reports, provide recommendations for cost reduction, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Controls Framework Review (ICFR) and maintain robust reporting controls and system integrity.
• Support finance functions such as audit, compliance, and insurance coverage coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified or semi‑qualified CA or CMA with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience for qualified CA/CMA or 5 years for semi‑qualified candidates.
