Foundry Worker – 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities

About the role
Join a local manufacturing team as a Foundry Worker on the 2nd or 3rd shift. You will contribute to the production of metal castings in a fast‑paced environment, helping meet daily output targets.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor foundry equipment, including furnaces, molds, and casting lines.
- Load raw materials, pour molten metal, and assist with cooling and removal of finished castings.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following housekeeping procedures.
- Report equipment issues or production variances to supervisors promptly.
Required profile
- Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift schedules, including occasional overtime.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and handling heavy materials.
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork.
