Founding Talent Head

About the role
We are looking for a Founding Talent Head to partner with business leaders and hiring managers in scaling high‑performing teams for a fast‑growing organization. The role involves building recruitment strategies from scratch, supporting new business verticals, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with leaders to define hiring priorities and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
- Design and scale hiring processes for existing teams and new verticals.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and innovative channels.
- Conduct assessments, interviews and coordinate stakeholders for efficient hiring decisions.
- Build talent pipelines across multiple functions and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Strengthen employer branding and support workforce planning, talent mapping and market intelligence.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search or HR Consulting.
- Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience for technical, business or leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
