Founding Community Lead

About the role

Actuall is a social app designed for India’s Gen Z, focusing on real‑time, activity‑based interactions. As the Founding Community Lead, you will be the primary driver for discovering, onboarding, and energising community groups across Delhi NCR and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to activity‑based and social communities in Delhi NCR and other regions.
• Engage community admins, pitch Actuall, and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with each community, ensuring daily active usage.
• Keep communities vibrant on the platform by fostering member engagement.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to provide feedback on product performance and growth strategies.
• Represent Actuall in the broader community ecosystem as its public face.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or growing a community from scratch (e.g., run club, music jam, book club).
• Deep connection to Gen Z culture and trends.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow‑up without being pushy.
• Strong communication style and high energy.
• Preferably based in Delhi NCR.
