Formwork Foreman – High Rise Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Formwork Foreman to lead formwork operations on large‑scale high‑rise residential and elevated metro station projects. The role involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of formwork, from planning and resource allocation to inspection and hand‑over, ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for formwork activities across high‑rise residential and metro station projects while adhering to budget constraints.
• Supervise the installation, inspection and dismantling of both Mivan and conventional formwork systems.
• Monitor cost, quality and safety performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare and review profitability reports and cost estimates for formwork work packages.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling formwork responsibilities on large‑scale construction projects, especially high‑rise residential buildings.
• Strong understanding of the risks and challenges associated with high‑rise and elevated metro station construction.
• In‑depth knowledge of Mivan and conventional formwork systems, including L&T market practices.
• Ability to determine resource needs, plan operations and track progress against schedules.
