Foreman – Site Execution

About the role

The Foreman – Site Execution is responsible for overseeing daily site activities across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works. The role ensures that all tasks meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements while coordinating closely with the site engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workmen, subcontractors, and labourers to execute daily site activities.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with site engineers for material availability and work front readiness.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance.
• Maintain daily progress records, manpower logs, and report any deviations.
• Assist in resolving site execution issues by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper usage and upkeep of tools, machinery, and resources on site.
• Support quality checks and rectifications according to QA/QC guidelines.
• Assist in site logistics management and housekeeping.

Required profile

• Experience supervising construction teams on civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Ability to allocate tasks, track progress, and meet productivity goals.
• Effective communication skills for daily toolbox talks and stakeholder coordination.
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate progress and manpower records.
