About the role
The Food Server at Nidhaana will create a calm, mindful dining experience for guests in the café. This full‑time, on‑site position in Bengaluru focuses on attentive service that reflects the brand’s wellness values.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer food and beverage questions.
- Accurately take orders, deliver meals and drinks, and handle payments with care.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Support simple café preparation tasks and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a welcoming attitude.
- Clear, courteous communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks calmly.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours on‑site in Bengaluru.
- Interest in health, wellness, and mindful living is a plus.
