About the role

Join Beyondburg Inc., a specialty burger joint, as a Food Server in Bengaluru. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering a memorable dining experience by greeting guests, presenting the menu, and ensuring timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present the menu, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining professional demeanor.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure correct order preparation and delivery.
• Handle payments, answer guest inquiries, and promote specialty items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines, especially during peak hours.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, stand for extended periods, and multitask efficiently.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior restaurant or café experience is preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training provided.
