About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will act as a hospitality ambassador, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests at Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel. This position plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction through professional, friendly, and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer guest inquiries.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and follow related procedures.
• Uphold strict security and privacy measures when entering guest rooms.
• Keep work stations clean and organized according to standards.
• Participate actively in training sessions to improve professional skills.
