About the role
As a Food & Beverage Associate at Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills, you will deliver consistent, high‑quality service to guests in the hotel’s dining areas. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant and efficient dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
