About the role

Join the pre‑opening team at Fairmont Udaipur Palace as a Food & Beverage Ambassador, delivering warm first impressions and exceptional service to guests in restaurants, lounges, and banquet areas.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Provide food and beverage service in line with hotel standards.
• Present menus, explain items and specials, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas and service stations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Promote hotel restaurants, special promotions, and upsell items.
• Handle guest billing accurately using POS systems.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverage Service (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality service (freshers from recognized institutes may be considered).
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Well‑groomed appearance and professional etiquette.
