Food and Beverage Server

About the role

The Food and Beverage Server will join the on‑site team at Pride Elite Himmatnagar, a premium hotel and event venue in North Gujarat. Working in the hotel’s restaurants and banquet spaces, the server will greet guests, present menus, take orders and deliver food and drinks with professionalism and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and answer queries about dishes and beverages.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and transmit them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and portioning.
• Set up, clear and reset tables, and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and banquet teams to coordinate smooth service during regular dining and special events.
• Handle guest payments, process bills and promote special menu items.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and hotel policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and serving etiquette.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and stand or walk for long periods.
• Prior experience in hotel, restaurant or banquet service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in the local language; basic English is an advantage.
