Food and Beverage Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at The Fern Residency in Solapur. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the face of our dining outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and beverages with a courteous attitude.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, process basic billing or payment transactions.
• Assist with buffet arrangements, room service deliveries and support special events as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality‑related training or certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in hotel or restaurant food‑and‑beverage service is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Food service and beverage operations knowledge.
• Basic culinary skills and understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
