Food and Beverage Assistant

About the role

Moonfleet Manor Hotel is looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant to join its Bar & Restaurant team. You will help create memorable dining experiences for families and guests, delivering the high level of service the hotel is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver a fantastic LFH service alongside the kitchen team.
• Engage with guests, especially children, to create lasting memories.
• Maintain a safe dining environment by knowing menu items and allergens.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas, complying with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.
