FOO Analyst I – Platform Management (APAC)

About the role

Invesco is seeking a FOO Analyst I to join its Front Office Operations team supporting global fund managers across the APAC region. The role focuses on building efficient front‑office processes and supporting the investment platform, portfolio interactions, trade execution, client/product lifecycle, and regulatory implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Work knowledge of operations and end‑to‑end workflows across asset classes.
• Assist and stay abreast of front‑office and middle‑office operational issues.
• Identify technology stresses across the operating platform.
• Consistently monitor and implement daily controls.
• Design and implement process changes to meet evolving department requirements.
• Initiate product change initiatives while limiting disruption to clients.
• Promote an open, communicative environment with sound decision‑making.
• Validate completeness and accuracy of data and reports allocated by front office/fund managers.
• Monitor workflow rules as appropriate.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of operations and end‑to‑end workflows across asset classes.
• Ability to assist with front‑office and middle‑office operational issues.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience designing and implementing process improvements.
• Attention to data accuracy and completeness.
