About the role

This senior position oversees the complete coordination and control of the manufacturing process for flux‑cored (MIG/MAG) manual arc welding operations. The role ensures that production capacity and workforce are efficiently allocated to meet order deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct all manufacturing activities related to welded steel structures.
• Allocate production capacity and workforce to achieve on‑time delivery of orders.
• Maintain plant operation in line with production targets, quality requirements and cost limits.
• Propose and support improvements in manufacturing technology.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a single‑product or low‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding processes and production technology.
• At least a secondary‑level technical education; higher technical qualifications are a plus.
