About the role

The company is looking for an experienced production leader specialized in MIG/MAG manual arc welding. You will be responsible for the full coordination and control of the manufacturing process, ensuring that production capacity and workforce are efficiently allocated.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the entire manufacturing process to meet production targets, order deadlines, quality standards and cost limits.
• Allocate production capacity and workforce effectively to guarantee smooth plant operation.
• Propose and cooperate in the development of manufacturing technology.
• Maintain continuous collaboration with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a single‑piece or low‑batch manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in the production of welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding processes and manufacturing technology.
• At least an intermediate technical education; a welding technologist qualification or higher technical degree is a plus.
