Flux‑cored (MIG/MAG) Manual Arc Welder

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced manual arc welder specialized in flux‑cored (MIG/MAG) welding to lead and coordinate the full manufacturing process of welded steel structures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the entire production process, ensuring optimal use of capacity and workforce.
• Guarantee plant operation to meet production targets, order deadlines, quality standards and cost limits.
• Propose improvements and collaborate on manufacturing technology development.
• Maintain continuous cooperation with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a single‑piece or low‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding processes and production technology.
• At least an intermediate technical qualification; a welding technologist certification or higher technical degree is a plus.
