Flux‑cored (MIG/MAG) Manual Arc Welder

About the role

We are looking for an experienced welder to lead the coordination and management of our manufacturing processes. The role ensures that production capacity and workforce scheduling meet plant targets, delivering orders on time, with the required quality and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Full coordination and direction of the manufacturing process, including capacity planning and workforce allocation.
• Ensure plant operation meets production goals, order deadlines, quality standards and cost limits.
• Propose and support development of manufacturing technology.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience in a single‑product or low‑volume production environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding and production technologies.
• At least an intermediate technical education.
• Advantageous: welding technologist qualification or higher technical degree.
