Flow Wrap Packing Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Flow Wrap / Horizontal Flow Wrap Packing Machine Operator to join our food manufacturing plant. The role involves operating and maintaining flow‑wrap equipment to ensure efficient packaging of various food products.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate flow‑wrap machines, including film loading and adjustment.
• Adjust temperature and sealing parameters to meet product specifications.
• Monitor cutting and packing quality, ensuring consistent output.
• Perform SKU changeovers quickly and accurately.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Clean machines and conduct preventive maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience with Flow Wrap or HFFS packing machines.
• Background in food/FMCG sectors such as noodles, namkeen, biscuits, bakery, or wafer production.
• Currently residing in or near Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Nadiad, Bharuch, Vapi, Umbergaon or Valsad is preferred.
