Flipkart Key Account Manager (Fashion/Footwear/Apparel)

About the role

The company is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with major e‑commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa. This role focuses on driving sales growth in the fashion, footwear and apparel categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa.
• Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and supply‑chain teams to ensure alignment.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and forecasts.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in footwear, fashion, apparel, D2C, lifestyle or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing relationships with major e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
