Flight Assistant – Private Aircraft Cabin Crew

About the role

We are seeking a professional Flight Assistant to join our private aircraft team. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high‑end experience to VIP passengers while ensuring the highest safety standards throughout each flight.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑flight cabin safety and service checks.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation safety procedures.
• Welcome passengers and provide personalized VIP service.
• Prepare and serve meals, beverages, and refreshments.
• Manage special requests and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness, presentation, and inventory management.
• Coordinate catering and onboard amenities.
• Handle emergencies and administer first aid when required.
• Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding passengers and travel activities.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Cabin Crew certification from a recognized aviation institution.
• Previous experience in private aviation, commercial airlines, luxury hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining discretion.

Required skills

• First aid certification.
