Fitness Instructor

About the role
The Fitness Instructor will play a key role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals. Working on the gym floor, the instructor will provide hands‑on guidance, demonstrate correct exercise techniques, and ensure that every client uses the equipment safely and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate a wide range of fitness techniques and personally train clients on the proper use of all gym equipment.
- Supervise the use of machines and free‑weight stations, intervening when necessary to correct form and prevent injuries.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards, keeping the workout area clean and safe for all users.
Required profile
- Certified GYM and strengthening trainer with a recognized qualification.
- Deep, practical knowledge of gym machines, equipment, and contemporary fitness techniques.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating and explaining gym equipment.
- Ability to instruct and demonstrate fitness techniques clearly.
