Finishing Supervisor (Construction)

About the role

The Finishing Supervisor will lead all finishing activities on residential high‑rise and annex building projects, ensuring high‑quality execution and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works at every stage, including blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, stone flooring, cladding, waterproofing, woodwork, and metalwork.
• Instruct construction teams and subcontractors, manage installation of electrical fixtures, sanitary fittings, doors and windows.
• Monitor project timelines, guarantee that all finishing tasks meet scheduled deadlines.
• Oversee high‑end floor finishes, joinery, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, and interior works.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to guide execution.

Required profile

• Comprehensive technical knowledge of all finishing activities for residential high‑rise projects.
• Proven supervision experience in construction finishing.
• Ability to maintain site control and drive subcontractor productivity.
• Preferred knowledge of Aluform shuttering.
