Finishing – Site

About the role

The Finishing – Site professional is responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering all interior and exterior finishing activities on construction sites. This role ensures that high‑quality finishes such as plastering, flooring, tiling, cladding, joinery, painting, and false ceilings are completed on time and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage the execution of all finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding, joinery, and ceiling installations.
• Interpret and implement architectural drawings and finishing specifications accurately on site.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth interfaces and conflict‑free execution.
• Supervise contractor activities, allocate work fronts, and monitor productivity and workmanship to meet required standards.
• Ensure timely availability of approved drawings, materials, tools, and mock‑ups through close collaboration with design and procurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing site finishing works on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural finishes and construction sequencing.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and resolve interface issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
