Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Financial Reporting Analyst will support the preparation and filing of regulatory reports across APAC and LATAM regions. You will work closely with business lines, regulatory controllers, and reporting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial disclosures.

Key responsibilities

• Apply up‑to‑date product, industry and market knowledge in specialty reporting areas.
• Prepare a variety of regulatory reports (financial, statistical, capital) for APAC and LATAM regulators.
• Consolidate, review and analyze quarterly financial data for accuracy and completeness, performing variance analysis.
• Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with lines of business, regulatory controllers and reporting teams.
• Assist in assessing issues, outcomes and flagging potential concerns.
• Communicate financial information clearly to business lines and highlight risks.
• Participate in the production, review and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual regulatory reports.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and align internal policies accordingly.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements or regulatory reporting.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in product control, financial control or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, problem‑solving and written/oral communication skills.
• Team player able to work across diverse functions, locations and businesses.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
