Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager

About the role

AISATS, a joint venture between Air India and SATS Ltd., is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis function. The role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, driving data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidating inputs from multiple departments.
• Maintain budget templates, validate assumptions and perform variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets, create action plans and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Support cost analysis, profitability studies and unit‑level economics.
• Generate and maintain dashboards, MIS reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with business units to gather financial data, evaluate new business cases and build financial models.
• Drive automation and streamlining of reporting and planning processes.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 6‑10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, reporting and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Experience in aviation, FMCG, retail or beverage sectors is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with reporting tools.
