Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this role you will collect operational data, conduct variance analysis, and reconcile transactions to support strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate operational data for financial reporting.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Support period‑end close activities and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, metrics, and scenario models.
• Collaborate with controllership, RTR and other finance domains to drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, controllership or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards, specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Experience working in a third‑party service environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic knowledge of IFRS 15.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS 16.
