Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing detailed analysis, and reconciling transactions to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational reports and data for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Conduct variance, trend and scenario analyses to identify financial performance drivers.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets and performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers, clients and senior management, providing insights that influence business decisions.
• Work with minimal supervision on routine tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.
• Potentially oversee a small team or work effort and may be required to work rotational shifts.

Required profile

• BCom, Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter qualification.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or related FP&A roles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial problems and communicate findings.
