Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse operational data to support financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with period‑end close activities and ensure accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop and maintain financial reports, metrics and scenario models.
• Work on lower‑complexity problem solving with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with peers across Accenture and provide updates to supervisors.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Controllership, Core Finance (RTR) or FP&A.
• Proven ability to manage annual planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial and operational principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible or night shifts in a 3rd‑party culture.
