Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this role you will collect operational data, conduct detailed financial analysis, and reconcile transactions to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate operational reports and data for financial analysis.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis to evaluate company performance.
• Reconcile financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and adapt analytical methods to solve moderately complex problems.
• Collaborate with senior management to align analysis with strategic direction.
• Provide guidance to small project teams or work efforts as needed.
• Interact with client and internal stakeholders, reporting to a direct supervisor.
• Work rotational shifts when required.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 7 to 11 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proven ability to interpret strategic goals and translate them into actionable financial insights.
• Experience managing small teams or leading work streams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
