Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this role you will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, reconciling transactions, and supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and reconcile operational and financial data for period‑end close.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, metrics and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis and scenario modeling to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal peers and, when required, interact with clients or senior management.
• Work in a flexible schedule that may include night or rotational shifts.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, controllership or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Experience with period‑end close and budgeting cycles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 3rd‑party culture and adapt to flexible shift patterns.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP and SAP HANA.
