Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst will join Accenture’s Finance Operations vertical, supporting the company’s financial health through data‑driven budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will work closely with internal teams to collect operational data, reconcile transactions and provide insights that guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational financial data from various sources.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Perform trend and scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Produce regular performance reports for senior management.
• Assist in reconciling transactions and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to refine analytical processes.

Required profile

• BCom or bachelor’s degree with a finance specialization.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort working under pressure and delivering accurate results.
