Financial Controller – Production Support & Ledger Control (Associate)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Financial Controller to join our global finance team. You will define, refine, and deliver financial strategies, ensuring accurate consolidation, reporting, and compliance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly consolidation of the income statement and balance sheet.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules while controlling post‑closing entries and consolidation adjustments.
• Perform control procedures to guarantee the integrity of reported financial results.
• Produce the monthly financial variance analysis report.
• Support ad‑hoc financial information requests from across the firm.
• Research, escalate, and resolve cash and settlement exceptions promptly.
• Collaborate with businesses and controllers to approve monthly profit and loss statements and complete general ledger reconciliations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, controllership, or a similar domain.
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
• Strong aptitude for learning and leveraging financial systems and data flows.
• Understanding of the firm’s products and related accounting.

Required skills

• Experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems (e.g., SAP).
• Familiarity with data transformation/visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and UI Path.
