About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance and accounts function for a luxury hotel in Udaipur. The role requires deep expertise in hotel finance, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to partner with business leaders on strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

Lead the Finance & Accounts function for the hotel.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, financial reporting, and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory audits, and internal controls.
Drive cost optimisation and uphold financial governance standards.
Partner with senior business leaders to support strategic financial decisions.

Required profile

ICWA (CMA) qualification is mandatory.
10–15 years of finance & accounts experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Minimum 3–5 years in a Financial Controller or Assistant Financial Controller role.
Willingness to relocate to Udaipur.
