Financial Controller – Jewellery Business

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function of a well‑known jewellery business in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The role requires a hands‑on leader who can independently manage all financial activities, drive cost efficiency and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete finance and accounting function.
• Maintain strong financial control, costing, accounting and MIS reporting.
• Drive cost optimisation and improve financial efficiency.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure robust internal controls, compliance and accurate reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to enhance profitability and support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams in a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Solan.
