Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a senior Financial Controller to lead financial performance analysis, reporting and partnership across our pan‑India business units. The role will support the Group management, Board and M&A initiatives while ensuring compliance and robust financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly and quarterly financial performance, position and management reporting for all business units.
• Drive forecasting, annual budgeting and cash‑flow forecasting, liaising with Treasury.
• Advise Group management and Board on financial implications of projects, new investments and M&A transactions.
• Oversee accounting close, inter‑company invoicing, audit coordination and relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and regulators.
• Ensure statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT) and manage banking limits.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and corporate secretarial matters.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and build a high‑performing in‑house finance team.
• Support implementation and management of global reporting systems and ERP.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience, including a controllership role in an MNC.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, Indian Accounting Standards and local tax regulations; familiarity with Singapore FRS is a plus.
• Experience with company secretarial matters and early‑stage start‑ups is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
