Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Financial Controller to lead Lumov’s finance function end‑to‑end. The role carries full ownership of financial operations, controllership, compliance, treasury, MIS and strategic finance, and works closely with the founders on fundraising and business planning. This is a full‑time onsite position based in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete accounting cycle including General Ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations and financial controls across all channels.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close, prepare statutory financial statements and drive budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
• Prepare investor‑ready financial models, board MIS and due‑diligence data rooms; partner with founders on fundraising and debt financing.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF and Income Tax; act as primary contact for auditors and manage payroll and expense tracking.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital cycles, banking relationships and fund utilisation; monitor AP/AR aging and maintain zero cash leakage.
• Oversee inventory reconciliation, physical verification and maintain 24‑hour readiness for due‑diligence.
