Financial Controller

About the role

iTriangle Infotech is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function of its technology and electronics manufacturing business. The role combines financial governance, inventory control, and strategic support for M&A activities.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, ensuring compliance with Ind AS and accurate financial statements.
• Prepare and present MIS, budget vs. actual variance analysis and financial dashboards to senior management.
• Design and implement robust inventory control processes for raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished goods, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor slow‑moving, obsolete and excess inventory, drive provisioning policies and manage write‑offs.
• Partner with supply chain and production planning to optimise inventory turns and working capital.
• Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
• Support M&A due diligence and provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in finance for a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of Ind AS, revenue recognition, lease accounting and financial instruments.
• Proven ability to lead audit processes and maintain statutory compliance.
• Business‑savvy mindset with the capability to partner with operations, supply chain and leadership teams.

Required skills

• ERP systems (experience with ERP for inventory and financial integration).
