Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead financial controllership for the IPDO business unit, ensuring accurate month‑end closing, robust reporting, and clean balance‑sheet hygiene. The role also drives MIS, budgeting, forecasting and provides actionable insights on cost and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial closing, provisioning, compliance and reporting across IPDO plants.
• Review financial statements, notes to accounts and ensure adherence to IFRS and IGAAP.
• Drive MIS reporting, budget‑vs‑actual analysis and monthly LE submissions with actionable insights.
• Manage annual OPEX budgeting in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Plan, review and track CAPEX budgets, proposals and utilization across verticals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, SOX and internal audit requirements, closing audit observations.
• Review trial balances, general ledgers, ageing reports and strengthen financial controls.
• Lead process‑automation, cost‑optimization initiatives and support day‑to‑day financial operations.

Required profile

• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 + years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
