Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, project controlling and analysis for a leading TIC multinational corporation. The role will involve close collaboration with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate financial data and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead project controlling activities, monitoring budgets, forecasts and variances.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Support indirect tax compliance and reporting where applicable.
• Maintain and improve financial processes using ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling or accounting.
• Understanding of indirect tax principles is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle, SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
