Financial Controller

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensure compliance with IFRS and INDAS, and support the Board with timely performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review general ledgers and financial statements under IFRS and INDAS on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Guarantee accurate and on‑time closing of books each month.
• Prepare Limited Review results and coordinate annual audits, meeting agreed timelines.
• Develop quarterly performance presentations for the Board.
• Implement and maintain strong process controls for period closing.
• Strengthen audit documentation and processes.
• Guide, mentor and develop team members.
• Design and roll out internal control frameworks.
• Identify financial risks and apply mitigation strategies.
• Maintain robust governance and audit readiness at all times.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
