Financial Controller (Chartered Accountant)

About the role

All 4Season, a leading travel company, is looking for a detail‑oriented Chartered Accountant to manage its full spectrum of accounting operations. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, manage financial risk, and handle treasury functions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of the annual budget.
• Ensure compliance with GST, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist with financial planning for business growth and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Mentor junior finance team members.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• 6‑7 years of post‑qualification experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
