Financial Controller – Back Office

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Back Office team, supporting global finance operations and delivering accurate financial reporting. The role will work closely with international teams to provide insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Prepare financial analyses and management presentations for decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data models using ERP and BI tools.
• Partner with global Finance and Controlling teams to deliver timely, actionable financial information.
• Drive process improvements through standardisation, automation and digitalisation.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses while ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe and other regions as a trusted data partner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A or Financial Analysis, preferably in a global or shared‑services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work across global time zones.
