Financial Analyst

About the role

As a key member of the Title Finance team and the Centre of Excellence (COE) at Altisource, you will manage client and vendor invoicing, prepare revenue and expense summaries, and support audit and SOX processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day transaction invoicing, vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and expense summaries and drive month‑end close within five working days.
• Establish proper records, approvals, documentation and audit trails for all transactions.
• Conduct variance analysis, trend commentary and support internal and external audits, including SOX cycles.
• Ensure timely resolution of client and vendor invoice disputes and meet SLA commitments.

Required profile

• Graduate with 2‑4 years of post‑qualification experience in the title or mortgage industry.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills; proactive, deadline‑conscious and self‑motivated.
• High energy level, team player attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with MS SQL.
