Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will manage the financial accounting process for the Marketing & Promotion team, handling budgeting, reconciliation and reporting. You will work closely with Business LFOs/IOs, Marketing and GSM teams to drive efficiency, accelerate accounting cycles and ensure strong governance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reconciliations and book accruals.
• Update forecasts and budgets as requested by the market.
• Respond to stakeholder email queries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and SOX requirements.
• Support audit activities and SOX requests.
• Maintain financial and data integrity in line with SLAs and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Graduate or Post‑Graduate in Commerce or an MBA.
• 1‑4 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Strong accounting, reconciliation and policy‑awareness skills.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms and apply them to finance processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently across time zones.
