Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance and Corporate Strategy team. This hybrid position expects you to work on average two days per week from an HPE office while supporting capital strategies and financial reporting across the global business.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and report financial data including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow and pricing.
• Drive forecasting processes (weekly, monthly and long‑term) and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Process and manage payroll activities independently for assigned countries.
• Support implementation of new payroll systems and ensure statutory compliance.
• Communicate and enforce adherence to GAAP and internal financial policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in payroll processing and financial analysis.
• In‑depth understanding of payroll concepts, procedures and country‑specific statutory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects that implement new systems.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with financial forecasting and reporting.
